财联社3月24日电，据上海链家研究院今日披露的数据，2026年3月1日至3月23日，上海市二手房已成交2.24万套，成交量较2025年同期增长11%。数据显示，上海链家日均带看量较楼市新政前增长30%，日均新增客户量较新政前增长51%，新增房对比新政前日均水平增长85%，客户入市信心较新政前明显提升，带看及成交均十分活跃。（财联社记者 王海春）
