吴说获悉，加密律师事务所 Burwick Law 发推表示，其针对 TradeAI / Stakx 涉嫌 4.4 亿美元庞氏骗局提起的诉讼已在纽约南区联邦法院（SDNY）通过撤诉动议审查。法院驳回被告的全部抗辩，并要求其在 3 月 31 日前向原告披露当前住址，以推进案件审理。
