北京时间3月23日，国足官方消息，U23国家队补招重庆铜梁龙前锋杜月徵。

经队伍教练组研究、中国足球协会批准，中国U-23国家男子足球队决定补充征调重庆铜梁龙足球俱乐部球员杜月徵参加2026年3月22日至4月1日于陕西省西安市组织的集训并参加西安国际青年足球锦标赛。（公告完）
杜月徵现年20岁，司职前锋，本赛季从马贝拉租借加盟重庆铜梁龙，目前共出场3次。
