3月21日晚10时许，有网友爆料称在北京市海淀区西北旺镇发生了惊险一幕：一名骑行者正常骑行途中，突遭一群流浪狗追逐撕咬，所幸的是他最终成功逃脱。
22日，一位目击者王先生（化名）告诉都市现场记者，事发地的流浪狗常年聚集，最多时可达二三十只，居民多次反映但效果甚微。
