据CCTV国际时讯，当地时间3月22日晚，伊朗议会议长卡利巴夫在社交媒体发文说，除了美国军事基地，为美国军费提供资金支持的金融机构也是伊朗的“合法打击目标”。卡利巴夫说，伊朗方面正对相关金融资产流动进行监测，并称这是“最后警告”。
