据美联社今天（3月20日）援引美国官员消息报道，美军正向中东增派3艘两栖攻击舰及大约2500名海军陆战队员。
其中一名官员确认，两栖攻击舰“拳师”号及另外两艘同类型舰艇，搭载来自第11海军陆战队远征部队的大约2500人，正启程前往中东地区。（CCTV国际时讯）
