格隆汇3月20日丨万达酒店发展(00169.HK)公告，根据对集团截至2025年12月31日止年度(「报告期间」)未经审核综合管理账目及董事会现时所得资料之初步审阅及评估，与截至2024年12月31日止年度之亏损约9.89亿港元相比，集团预期将实现扭亏转盈，并录得本年度溢利约17.5亿港元至19亿港元。
