财联社3月20日电，摩根士丹利预计欧洲央行将在2026年6月和9月各加息25个基点，此前预测为今年利率保持不变。面对增长放缓，摩根士丹利认为欧洲央行很可能会在2027年6月和9月再次降息，将利率降至2%，使其回到中性区间。
