财联社3月20日电，存储厂商铠侠近日向客户发出TSOP（超薄小外形封装，Thin Small Outline Package ）停产通知。根据停产通知，涉及的TSOP产品包括容量为1Gb、2Gb、4Gb、8Gb、16Gb、32Gb、64Gb的产品。记者了解到，停产涉及一些SLC（单层存储单元）、MLC（多层或双层存储单元）存储产品。根据通知，TSOP（超薄小外形封装）最后下订单的截止日期为2026年9月15日，最后发货的截止日期为2027年3月15日。 (第一财经)
