财联社3月20日电，由巴西坎皮纳斯州立大学科学家领衔的国际团队，研制出一种新型低密度半导体量子点，其发射单光子的速率较传统方法提升3倍，有望助推量子通信和光子量子计算等技术进一步发展。相关研究成果发表于新一期《纳米快报》。
