3月19日，ST天瑞（300165）发布公告，公司已向深圳证券交易所申请撤销其他风险警示。
公告指出，公司已就行政处罚决定所涉事项对相应年度财务会计报告进行追溯重述，且自中国证监会作出行政处罚决定书之日起已满12个月。同时，公司不存在其他被实施风险警示的情形。
2025年前三季度，ST天瑞实现收入4.35亿元，归母净利润-122万元。
