3月19日，根据国家金融监督管理总局四川监管局发布的公告，鑫安汽车保险股份有限公司四川分公司因虚挂中介业务套取费用、编制虚假财务资料被罚18万元。时任副总经理冯东岳被警告，并被罚款3万元。
