据《图片报》足球主编法尔克的消息，拜仁监事会要求埃贝尔继续削减薪资支出。
法尔克报道称，在今年2月举行的最近一次监事会会议上，拜仁俱乐部体育董事马克斯-埃贝尔再次被要求进一步削减薪资支出。
据此前消息称，马克斯-埃贝尔的工作仍然受到部分高层的批评。埃贝尔的合同将于2027年6月到期，他的未来将于8月中旬的监事会会议上作出决定。
