人民财讯3月18日电，沃森生物(300142)3月18日公告，公司拟向腾云新沃发行股份募集资金总额不超过20.03亿元，扣除发行费用后将全部用于补充流动资金。本次发行实施完成后，腾云新沃将成为公司控股股东，腾云新沃的实控人黄涛将成为公司实控人。公司股票3月19日（星期四）开市起复牌。
