3月18日上午，广州白云萧岗村城中村改造项目第一批集中签约仪式举行，现场集中发放首批签约现金奖励共计160多万元。
据了解，4月30日前签约的集体土地上住宅房屋被征收人，可参与第一批选房，还能享受1万元签约奖励金与50年车位使用权。
截至3月17日，萧岗城中村改造项目入户测量率达85%，签约数近2300宗。对此，有村民表示：“今年大丰收了”“希望大家生活越过越好”。
