财联社3月16日电，存储芯片概念表现活跃，佰维存储涨超7%续创历史新高，朗科科技20cm涨停，北京君正、恒烁股份、兆易创新、大为股份跟涨。消息面上，市场调查机构CounterPoint Research表示，与以往的周期不同，当前内存市场即使价格上涨，需求也不会下降。供应短缺问题至少要到2027年下半年才能得到实质性解决。
