*ST佳沃（300268.SZ）3月15日发布年报，公司2025年实现营业收入16.57亿元，同比下降51.51%；归母净利润为亏损4.27亿元，上年同期亏损9.24亿元。报告期内公司完成了三文鱼业务相关资产的剥离，原子公司北京臻诚自2025年下半年起不再纳入合并报告范围。
