记者从水利部黄河水利委员会水旱灾害防御局了解到，受气温回升影响，黄河内蒙古河段于3月14日11时全线平稳开河，标志着2025-2026年度黄河凌汛期圆满结束。凌汛期间，黄河凌情整体平稳，未发生较大险情。
据了解，本年度凌汛期历时116天，全河封冻长度最大达716.3千米，全线开河时间较常年偏早11天。
