当地时间3月13日，在米兰冬残奥会残奥冬季两项男子短距离追逐(站姿)比赛中，中国选手蔡佳云获得冠军。在本届冬残奥会上，他已收获三金。
3月7日，开幕式后的首个比赛日，蔡佳云在残奥冬季两项男子7.5公里站姿组比赛中，为中国体育代表团拿下本届冬残奥会首枚金牌。次日，他又斩获残奥冬季两项男子12.5公里站姿金牌。恭喜蔡佳云成为中国代表团首位“三金王”。
