据央视新闻，中国卫星导航系统管理办公室昨天（13日）发布消息，为提供更加优质服务，北斗卫星导航系统将于近期实施在轨升级，对部分卫星的工作状态进行优化调整。随着北斗规模应用全面拓展，在国内很多重大工程和基础设施中的应用也越来越广泛。最近一段时间，三峡工程北斗高精度监测系统完成建设并投入试运行，这是我国北斗首次在重大水利枢纽工程安全监测领域实现规模化应用。
