3月13日，双良节能（600481）发布公告，公司控股股东双良集团有限公司因涉嫌信息披露违法违规行为，被中国证监会立案。
公告指出，本次双良集团被立案事项与公司2026年2月27日的信息披露误导性陈述等违法违规立案事项有关。
2025年前三季度，双良节能实现收入60.76亿元，归母净利润-5.44亿元。
