日前，经中共福建省委研究决定，凌启淡同志任中共福建师范大学委员会委员、常委、书记。
凌启淡，男，1970年11月出生，福建漳平和平镇人，中共党员，1993年毕业于福建师大化学系，获学士学位；1996年毕业于福建师大高分子所，获硕士学位；2000年毕业于浙江大学高分子系，获博士学位。
曾任福建江夏学院党委书记。
