3月9日，最高人民法院工作报告、最高人民检察院工作报告提请十四届全国人大四次会议审议。“两高”工作报告中都提到了一种新型网络暴力违法犯罪行为——“开盒”。“两高”报告都释放出明确信号：网络绝非法外之地，以“开盒”侵害他人、谋取私利，必将受到法律严惩。（齐鲁晚报·齐鲁壹点记者 范佳）
