3月10日，迎驾贡酒发布公告表示，公司总经理秦海因工作调整，于2026年3月10日辞任总经理职务，离任后仍担任董事等职务。同日，公司召开董事会，同意聘任杨照兵为总经理，任期至第五届董事会届满。杨照兵曾任销售公司多职，现任公司总经理。
