做法：
1. 鸡蛋打散，锅里倒油烧热，把鸡蛋倒进去炒熟盛出来备用。
2. 锅里再补点油，下蒜末、小米辣和青红椒，炒出香味。
3. 把洋葱丝倒进去，大火炒到洋葱变软。
4. 把之前炒好的鸡蛋倒回锅里，和洋葱一起翻炒均匀。
5. 调个味：加蚝油、生抽、鸡精和少许盐，翻炒入味。 最后开大火快速收汁，翻匀就可以出锅啦！
