3月7日上午，十四届全国人大四次会议举行民生主题记者会。国家卫生健康委员会主任雷海潮表示，“十五五”时期将谋划1000个左右的紧密型县域医共体建设，进一步加强医疗卫生服务的连续性，特别是以地市为单位，推行建立转诊会诊中心，让老百姓看病就诊的连续性能够得到持续改善。
