财联社3月7日电，美联储理事米兰表示，不愿过度解读一个月的就业报告，油价冲击可能通过抑制需求对核心通胀构成压力。并表示，中性利率可能在2.5%-2.75%左右，美联储应该将利率降至中性水平，然后再重新评估；如果美联储本月不降息，将投下反对票。
