衢州发展(600208)3月6日披露董事会审议通过的回购报告书，控股股东及公司认为目前股价已不能反映公司的真正价值，公司决定以自有资金和自筹资金回购公司股份。回购价格不超过5.68元/股，回购金额不低于1亿元（含）且不超过2亿元。回购期限为董事会审议通过回购股份方案之日起3个月内。
