3月5日，上海清算所支持全球首单港币计价上海自贸区离岸债券（简称自贸离岸债）成功发行。该笔债券由中国建设银行（新西兰）有限公司作为发行主体，发行规模1亿港币、票面利率2.5%。本次债券融资成本低于新西兰本地同期水平，并吸引优质境外机构投资者通过中银香港等境外次级托管机构参与认购。
