据央视新闻，当地时间3月5日，两名美国官员表示，美国已发布一项为期30天的临时豁免许可，允许目前滞留在海上的俄罗斯原油出售给印度，以缓解全球石油市场压力。美官员称，该一般许可仅授权涉及已经滞留海上的俄罗斯原油交易。
