新京报贝壳财经讯 3月5日，黄河旋风公告，自2025年5月14日至2026年3月4日，控股股东许昌市国有产业投资有限公司通过上海证券交易所集中竞价累计增持公司股份2200.01万股，占公司总股本1.53%，使用资金1.04亿元，达到此前披露的1亿元至2亿元增持计划下限，增持计划已实施完毕。增持后，许昌产投及一致行动人合计持股2.82亿股，占19.52%。
