3月5日，江苏省南通市通州区金新街道一社区食堂，志愿者为就餐老年人端上免费热汤。
近年来，当地推进社区食堂建设，出台惠民政策，实施阶梯式就餐补贴，让老年人在家门口就能享受优质、便捷的就餐服务。
