3月5日，蓝焰控股（000968）发布公告，公司全资子公司山西蓝焰煤层气集团有限责任公司正式取得山西省沁水盆地法中区块煤层气探矿权证。该探矿权证的有效期为2026年2月28日至2031年2月28日，勘查项目面积为297.9平方公里，主要勘查矿种为煤层气。
2025年前三季度，蓝焰控股实现收入16.09亿元，归母净利润2.68亿元。
