近日，在上海嘉定区沪宜公路与叶城路交叉口，一名外卖员为赶时间，驾驶电动自行车由北向南逆向行驶，且未观察信号灯，与一辆由西向东行驶的机动车发生碰撞。民警认定电动自行车一方负全责。
