格隆汇3月5日｜塔吉特连续第二年削减员工花红，受到销售及盈利转弱影响。今年合资格员工仅可获发2025年度目标花红的75%，低于去年的87%。此次削花红计划涵盖公司总部、门店及分销中心的受薪员工，高层管理人员及时薪员工则不包括在内。
