北京市气象台5日6时发布：今天白天阴有小雪或零星小雪，并有雾，偏东风二三级，最高气温2℃；夜间阴转晴，东转北风二级左右，最低气温-6℃。道路结冰黄色和大雾黄色预警中，白天仍有降雪，天气阴冷，能见度低，道路湿滑，部分路面有积雪和结冰，外出注意保暖和交通安全。
