3月4日，云南省工信厅发布两则水泥生产线产能置换方案公示。
曲靖市宣威宇恒水泥有限公司宣威分公司退出一条3000t/d熟料生产线，其中1500t/d产能用于补充云南富源西南水泥有限公司一条7000t/d熟料线，补齐后产能8000t/d，置换比例1.5:1；
另外1500t/d产能用于补充丽江古城西南水泥有限公司一条5000t/d熟料线，补齐后产能6000t/d，置换比例1.5:1。
