希尔卡尼亚圆口螺，Pomatias hyrcanum (E. von Martens, 1874)，本种的模式产地位于伊朗，拉丁种名“hyrcanum”得名于“Hyrcania”，为古波斯时期的地理名称，位于里海南部森林山区，接近今天伊朗的马赞达兰和戈尔甘地区。
图中这枚标本采集于伊朗的马赞达兰省。
