3月4日，洲明科技（300232）发布公告，近日公司董事会收到公司证券事务代表辞职报告，易林颖因个人原因申请辞去证券事务代表职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。辞职后，易林颖将不再担任公司任何职务。
2025年前三季度，洲明科技实现收入56.23亿元，归母净利润1.26亿元。
