北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 王悦彤） 3月3日，梅花生物发布公告称，公司于2025年12月29日决定以集中竞价交易方式回购股份，用于员工持股计划或股权激励，回购资金3500万元—5000万元，回购价格不超15元/股，实施期限至2026年12月28日。截至2026年2月底，公司暂未进行股份回购，后续将根据市场情况择机实施。
