3月3日，太平洋航运（02343）发布公告，公司拟实施股份回购计划，计划时间为2026年3月4日至2026年12月31日。
根据公告，公司将通过行使2025年股东周年大会上授予的回购股份授权及2026年股东周年大会上提议的回购股份授权实施该计划，回购的资金上限为4000万美元（约3.12亿港元），若全额使用，则按2026年3月3日收市价每股3.56港元计算，预计可回购股份占已发行股份总数约1.70%。
