3月3日，ST名家汇（300506）发布公告，公司财务总监韦晓因个人原因辞职，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。韦晓的辞职报告自2026年3月2日送达董事会之日起生效，原定任期至2028年1月6日。韦晓已完成财务交接工作，离任不会影响公司日常经营活动的有序进行。
2025年前三季度，ST名家汇实现收入1.06亿元，归母净利润-1.13亿元。
