中国中铁（601390/00390）发布公告，董事会于2026年3月2日收到执行董事王士奇的辞职报告，因年龄原因申请辞去执行董事及董事会安全健康环保委员会委员职务。辞职后，王士奇不再担任公司任何职务，并已确认与董事会无意见分歧，且无其他需提请股东关注的事项。
2025年前三季度，中国中铁实现收入7760.59亿元，归母净利润174.90亿元。
