格隆汇3月2日｜据监测网站Downdetector称，Anthropic旗下广受欢迎的人工智能聊天机器人Claude在周一遭遇服务中断，数千名用户报告了相关问题。目前尚不清楚故障的具体原因。Anthropic在最初的状态更新中表示，部分服务出现了“错误率升高”的情况，并称已于伦敦时间上午11:49开始调查该问题。根据该公司的状态页面显示，此次停机影响了使用Claude聊天机器人的用户，以及Anthropic的编程服务Claude Code。
