3月2日，高能环境（603588）发布公告，控股股东、实际控制人李卫国为偿还债务，计划自2026年3月24日至2026年6月23日期间，通过集中竞价及大宗交易方式减持不超过4570万股，不超过公司总股本的3%。当前，李卫国持有公司股份2.49亿股，占公司总股本的16.33%。
2025年前三季度，高能环境实现收入101.60亿元，归母净利润6.46亿元。
