财联社3月2日电，记者从独立信源处获悉，龙湖于3月2日完成三笔资金的划款，合计金额1.72亿元，用于兑付即将到期的“16龙湖04”剩余本金、利息，以及“20龙湖04”本期利息。其中，“16龙湖04”发行总额为人民币15亿元，到期日为2026年3月4日，截至本次兑付前，其剩余本金为1.47亿元，利息为646.8万元。(财联社记者 李洁)
