财联社3月1日电，华安证券(600909.SH)公告称，公司控股股东安徽省国有资本运营控股集团有限公司(简称“安徽国控集团”)拟于2026年3月2日至2026年3月6日通过购买可转债并转股方式增持公司股份，累计投入1.5亿元至3亿元，增持比例不超过2%，资金来源为自有资金，并承诺增持完成后6个月内不减持。
