3月1日，中国中车（601766/01766）发布公告，董事会于2026年2月28日召开会议，审议通过了聘任曲孝利为公司财务总监（总会计师）的议案。曲孝利的任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会任期结束之日止。
2025年前三季度，中国中车实现收入1838.65亿元，归母净利润99.64亿元。
