2月28日，国家金融监督管理总局北京监管局发布批复，同意国金创新投资有限公司受让国金鼎兴投资有限公司所持该社运营资金债权1亿元，占该社运营资金总额的6.6622%。转让完成后，国金创新投资有限公司持有该社运营资金债权1亿元，占运营资金总额的6.6622%，国金鼎兴投资有限公司不再持有该公司运营资金债权。
