近日，上海一名驾驶员载亲属从松江前往崇明途中，因不熟悉路况，在G40沪陕高速临近出口时，竟在行车道上紧急停车并连续变道强行驶入匝道。依据《道路交通安全法》，民警对其“高速公路违法停车”及“变更车道影响其他车辆正常行驶”两项违法行为，分别处以记9分罚款200元、罚款150元的处罚。
